FlashBack provides a unified system to save, organize, revisit, and enhance digital content such as links, media, tools, and knowledge resources.

Features may include:

• Content saving and organization
• AI-assisted insights and enhancements
• Cross-category navigation
• Personal workspace and productivity tools

We continuously improve FlashBack and may add, modify, or remove features at any time.

FlashBack is built with a strict privacy-first approach.

• We do not monitor your activity inside the platform
• We do not access or review your personal content
• We do not use your data to train systems or models

Your data remains private and under your control at all times.

To access certain features, you must create an account using supported authentication methods (e.g. Google login).

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the security of your account
• all activity under your account

FlashBack offers a premium subscription ("FlashBack Pro") with enhanced features.

Plans include:

• Monthly subscription (€12 per month)
• Yearly subscription (€99 per year)

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

All payments are securely processed by Stripe.

• We do not store full payment details
• Payment processing is subject to Stripe's own terms and policies

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

After cancellation:

• Access to Pro features continues until the end of the billing period
• No refunds are provided unless required by applicable law

You agree not to:

• misuse, interfere with, or disrupt the platform
• attempt unauthorized access to the service or systems
• use FlashBack for unlawful or harmful purposes

We strive to provide a reliable and secure service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

FlashBack is provided "as is" and "as available".

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• data loss
• service interruptions
• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

We may update the service and these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to inform users.

Continued use of FlashBack after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
